My living area is decorated in fall colors(golds, burgandy, green, walls in living are cookie dough color) and my sofa is a floral pattern.what can I do to give it a spring/summer look on a budget? thanks!
What can we do with a floor to ceiling bay window area? We have one in our breakfast nook. The floor of the bay window is raised above our hardwood floors about nine inches. The depth of the bay window’s floor area kind of arcs from zero to a maximum of about 3-4 feet then arcs back to zero – the width of the bay window area space is about 11 feet. We cannot put any plants or anything live in the window because we have cats. They will (trust me) eat anything live. Also we want that area to be low maintenance. Right now, the area is just a waste of space. We have been dealing with this dilemma since we moved into our house five years ago! Help!!!
I just bought a 3 story-townhome and find it difficult to decorate the small spaces. The walls are painted cream ,floors are meduim brown, granite countertop are black and beige. I would like to add lime green and chocolate accessories in the kitchen, dining and living room as well as an accent color to the walls and a sectional in the living room.I also like the colors Sienna and turquoise blue.
What advice can you give me to begin this project?
Thanks
